IBM HR are looking for a certified Workday consultant with experience of solution architecture to join an experienced Workday HR delivery team for roll-outs to Western Europe. All the benefits of the largest Workday delivery programme in the world, but without the hassle of timesheets, utilisation or sales targets, ‘give-back’, or weekly travel. Based out of IBM Southbank, London. You will be part of a high performing design and delivery team who are rolling out Workday to over 400k employees across 175 countries. The team will be co-located together in the IBM Southbank, with your specific role focusing on the solution architecture, owning and delivering a mature Global Template to Western Europe.
This certified professional will:
- identify strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks and mitigations to meet country requirements
- assist in configuring the Workday Functional/Business Process System
- support testing and issues resolution
- be the Global Template owner, and drive improvement and adoption of the IBM Workday Global Template
- stay current with new Workday updates to ensure the latest innovations are activated where they can deliver tactical benefits for IBM. This will include liaison with Workday to understand their investment plans and where feasible to help to shape them to meet IBM's future strategic direction
