IBM HR are looking for a certified Workday consultant with experience of delivering compensation, to join an experienced Workday HR delivery team for roll-outs to Western Europe. All the benefits of the largest Workday delivery programme in the world, but without the hassle of timesheets, utilization or sales targets, ‘give-back’, or weekly travel. Based out of IBM CHQ Office in Southbank, London you will be part of a high performing design and delivery team who are rolling out Workday to over 400k employees across 175 countries. The team will be co-located together in IBM Southbank, with your specific role focusing on design and delivery of the compensation module, owning that module in delivering a mature Global Template to Western Europe.
In this capacity, the certified professional will:
- Identifying strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to meet country requirements
- Be responsible for planning and design through to testing and deployment using Workday methodology.
- Shares knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
- Display sound analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Possess the ability to run workshops on compensation and convey solutions to complex business requirements to HR SME’s
- Configure the Workday Functional/Business Process Compensation solution including off-cycle payments, compensation plans, salary and bonus schemes.
- Support testing and resolving issues
- be the Global Template owner of the IBM Workday Global Template (Compensation) & drive improvement and adoption.
- Stay Current - with new Workday Compensation updates to ensure latest innovations are activated where they can deliver tactical benefits for IBM. This will also include liaison with the Workday to understand their investment plans and where feasible to help to shape them to meet IBM’s future strategic direction.
There is an expectation to travel to Europe for design workshops once every few months,
