Leading Wealth Management business looking for CF30 Financial Advisers with track record of success
Wealth Management Adviser
Location: Various across UK
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Level 4 Diploma
Un-Capped Earnings + Benefits. OTE £100k+
YOUR NEW COMPANY:
This award winning UK Wealth Management business has rapidly grown into a national business, offering wealth management services to mass affluent and HNW individuals. They are a leading provider of financial education in the work place supported by guidance and advice. The business has been recently voted by the London Stock Exchange as one of the most inspiring and fastest growing companies in the UK.
Its unique selling point is that its proposition is a one stop shop for education, guidance and advice to the employees of major corporates which includes companies like BT, GSK, United Utilities and number of leading financial services companies. The company has grown significantly over the past 4 years with AUM increasing at a CAGR of over 40% to over £720m. Growth to date has been driven because the company's service have become the new HR best practice for leading employers. The business has grown aggressively and recently have expanded into the public sector with access to 200 public sector contracts, providing financial education seminars, guidance and advice, particularly for those employees who are at-retirement.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
Due to this growth and demand for its services the business is looking for Diploma Level 4 qualified, CF30 Financial Advisers, current SPS with experience ranging between 2-5 years in an advisory role with a proven track record of success and achievements. Candidates should be able to manage their own diary, be comfortable working remotely and travelling to meet with clients at their home or office.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
You will need to have the Minimum Requirements:
*Level 4 Diploma in financial Planning
*Experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, CF30 Private Banker, or a Regulated Financial Adviser
*Operated in a fee based environment
*Proven track record of earning consistent bonuses over 3 years
*Strong track record of achieving targets and outperforming peer group
*Good compliance track record
*Good admin/diary management
