We have a variety of contracts that we are looking to fill from fixed term, Saturday working to permanent positions covering the days or nights shift within our Distribution Centre, Manton Wood, Worksop.

What we can offer you......

A  minimum of 20 hours

Working any 5 over 7 days

• Day shift 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Night shift 10:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.

Job roles include, picking on headset (voice pick), truck driving and despatch

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·        Follow and comply to all safe working practices - ensure that safe working practices, including near misses and general housekeeping are completed and conduct duties in a safe manner at all times

• Ensure daily workload is completed in line with productivity and KPI targets
• Adherence to shift schedule as advertised with your role
• Complete Saturday work as required
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in accordance with your role
• Build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues, acting in a professional manner at all times

THE PERSON

·          Ability to work on own initiative

·          Excellent levels of attendance

·          Organised approach to work

·          Willingness to achieve qualifications as advertised when suitable opportunities arise

·          Able to lift 15KG

·          Good understanding of maths and English

·          Must have the ability to work under pressure

·          Ability to work a change in shift pattern with 24 hours notice

·          Ability to operate a Low Level Order Pick truck (LLOP) – training will be provided

·          Able to work weekends

·          Ability to work within a diverse workforce
