You will join Danny, Ryan, Dom, Clare, Leilah & Chris who make up our highly successful specialist IT & Finance recruitment team in our well kitted out & colourful Altrincham office which has 200 amazing staff.
Chris, one of our very successful Principal Recruitment Consultants has just been promoted to Team Lead & wants to hire x2 Trainee Recruitment Consultant underneath him to help build & drive his business forwards. Chris will be your mentor & coach, & will give you all of the tips & tricks & guidance required to get you to join him at the top of our leader boards.

Your Journey as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Resourcer @ Experis:
In your first month at Experis you will be introduced to all of our friendly & welcoming staff & learn the fundamentals of Recruitment. You will enjoy a week at our Centre of Excellence where you will join other new Trainee Recruitment Consultants from all of our UK offices & be taken through a wide range of theory lessons and practical activities lead by our Learning & Development Consultant Liam - one of our top performing Specialist Recruitment Consultants.
You will be given a 24 month programme that will provide you with all of the training, tools, resources, development, coaching & mentoring required to be successful. After this programme you will continue to work with our Talent Team & tailor a programme aligned to your career aspirations. There are so many different directions that you can go in & an extensive number of opportunities that you can explore across our global business.

The Financials:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Resourcer at Experis, if you take advantage of the platform & support that we can offer, you can expect to take home £30,000 to £35,000 in your 1st year, £35,000 to £55,000 in your 2nd year & £70k - £100k in your 3rd year. Many of our successful people who have started with us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant have achieved this including Mike, Liz, Chris, Danny, James, Joe, Julia, Stuart, Jack, Sam & me.
