Our Oxford Circus Flagship store really is a 'one - off'. Our customers travel from all over the World to get a glimpse of what's going on behind the doors of our unique and iconic store. The store trades off 5 floors and total's 95,000 square foot of selling space, making it the largest store in the business! It receives 100's of new lines every week, so there is always something new and exciting to see. The pace is like no other and the atmosphere is unreal, keeping our customers coming back for more.

The Job

Leading a team of up to 25, the Admin Systems Brand Manager is responsible for cashing up and banking for the whole store and managing the controllable cost budget. They plan a store payroll budget, petty cash reconciling and auditing, Branch Stock Accounting paperwork and stock take planning and store stationery. They comply with company policies, procedures, identify risks and opportunities in order to offer support and guidance to a large management team, through positive customer service for our internal and external customers.

Must Haves

  • Experience of being a Store Manager of £4million+ managing big teams within a large space store.
  • A strong awareness of local knowledge and understanding of the competition.
  • Able to react quickly to changing situations and deliver at pace.
  • A knowledge of all store processes including; payroll controls, stock loss, office controls and general expenditure.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to predict and plan for future challenges and business growth opportunities.
  • Strong influencing skills to challenge the business processes and procedures.
  • Ability to translate data and information effectively in order to identify trends and improve sales and commercial practices within the store.
  • Self awareness and proactive with self development.
  • Creating a culture where well-being matters and good performance is rewarded and recognised.
  • Willingness to work late nights and early starts when required.
