As a Ticketing Agent based in Manchester or Marseille, you will be working with a variety of clients across our business travel customer base who require the provision of timely and accurate ticketing, supporting processes where robotic tools are not available or fail in their operation. You will be expected to cover all aspects of ticketing, including issuing, refunds and exchanges across air and rail services.

Applicants must have experience of working within a ticketing environment, ideally from within a Business Travel, Leisure Travel, Airlines or similar, using a Travel GDS system such as Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre.
