A well-known and market leading organisation in Leicester as seeking a Test Lead / Test Team Leader for a brand new position and a newly formed team.

You will manage delivery through consistent and controlled testing. Liaising with business change teams you will ensure that systems meet quality standards.

The Role

Testing / Quality Assurance:

- Build and construct testing and implementation strategies
- Evaluating and processing business requirements
- Represent Testing as part of the PM team
- Manage test activities
- Translate requirements into test cases and scenarios

Client and Stake holder Management:

- Communicate and interact with business partners
- Excellent communication and co-operation skills
- Willingness to mentor and train team

Desirable skills & experiences:

- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- 5+ years testing
- 2+ years test/team lead experience
