Temporary Health Care Assistant

Pay from £7.20ph up to £13.00ph, dependant on shift.

Hales Group are recruiting now for additional care assistants to join our busy residential care team.

We provide care assistants to work in residential care homes in and around Ipswich.

We have a variety of shifts available and can offer you regular on-going work with hours to suit you.

This role is primarily working to care, improve and look after the physical and mental well-being of vulnerable adults in care.

If you enjoy helping people and want to make a positive difference then this could be the job for you.

The successful candidates role and responsibilities will consist of:-

• Supporting service users to gain independence
• Assisting service users with personal care needs
• Promoting mental and physical activity
• Helping with domestic duties in and around the residential setting
• Check each residents needs and progress
• Create a safe and positive living environment

You must have at least three months experience in the care sector and be able to provide 2 professional references.
