First Directory is an established name in the B2B search engine market and we have just completed a major investment that puts our results ahead of the rest. We are looking for a very energetic and enthusiastic Sales Person to create and manage all the elements that make for a successful Telesales team.
You will have a minimum of two years success within outbound telesales which should include at least one year’s supervisory experience. Further training will be provided but you have to bring a hunger for success.
We are looking to build a Telesales team that will be contacting Business Managers to explain how our new approach can help expand their Industrial marketing and bring them more business.
Your Telesales Team Leader role will be to build a sales platform that easily explains the concept to new customers and gains their commitment to future marketing expenditure.
You will personally test the new platform and once proven, you will be responsible to recruit, train, manage and excite a sales team to be passionate about achieving similar success within a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
We are based in a lakeside location just outside Milton Keynes with easy car travel and no roundabouts.
The basic salary will be £26,000 a year with 5 weeks paid holiday + bank holidays. Generous bonuses available based on team performance. Office hours are 8.45 – 4.45 finishing at 3.45 on a Friday. Free on-site parking.
