This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Telesales Team Leader, to join a leading IT company based in Basingstoke.

You will be joining a company with an established team of 3 telesales executives plus you who will also be actively selling.

The purpose of the telesales operation is to drive the business forward by lead generation and appointment setting for the Field based team.  It is therefore a pivotal position for the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the Telesales and telemarketing function, ensuring high activity levels and significant phone time.  120 calls per day per executive.
• Ongoing training and development of your team.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy of the telesales operation.
• Liaising with Field based team, journey planning, organisation.

In order to be successful in your application, it is important that you have:

• A strong background as a telesales team lead or similar
• Ability to plan and deliver high quality telesales training.
• Experience in building a telesales team - recruitment - development.
• Be competent with CRM systems
• Determined, target hitter with a positive attitude and winning mentality.
