Our client, a leader in their field, is undergoing huge organic growth and is looking for experienced Telesales PPI Claims Advisors to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of customer compensation claims.

Telesales PPI Claims Advisors Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a pipeline of customer PPI & PBA claims

- Assessing complaints on a variety of financial products, specifically mis-sold PPI and Packaged Bank Accounts

- Provide customers with regular claim updates by telephone, letter and/or email

- Work as part of a team, supporting other team members

- Working with databases and other IT systems as well as recording accurate complaint details

- Maintaining the required level of competence through personal development and training in order to remain aware of company and regulatory policies/matters

- Handling inbound and outbound calls

- Provide a high level of customer service, in keeping with the company?s image and reputation

Telesales PPI Claims Advisors Individual:

- Excellent organisational skills

- Good level of Mathematics and English language

- Confident and professional telephone manner

- Knowledge of basic IT

The client offers a competitive salary of £18,000 plus achievable uncapped commission, OTE £35,000.
