Telecoms Engineer (Avaya) - Hampshire / Surrey

The Company: A small but growing established business telecommunication service provider are looking for a Telecoms Engineer (Avaya) to join their growing team. The Telecoms Engineer (Avaya) will be working for a business which specialise in Telephone Systems and Communications Solutions to businesses across the UK.

The Vacancy: The Telecoms Engineer (Avaya) will join the Technical Support Team and provide high quality assistance to clients both remotely (roughly 70% of the time) and at client site (30%). There will be some need for out of hours support to clients as part of this position.

The Telecoms Engineer (Avaya) should have the following skills experience:

- Experienced in Support, Diagnostics, Maintenance, prebuilding and testing of Avaya IP Office

- Project managing new installations

- Setting up and configuring SIP trunks

- Managing lines & internet connections

- Full UK Driving Licence

Additional skills / experience with any of the following technologies will also be considered:

- OAK

- Broadtek

- Toshiba

- LG

- Panasonic

- Draytek

This Project Co-Ordinator / Administrator / Assistant pays a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 plus benefits
