Job purpose
The Technical Architect is a key member of the team, involved in the development of the products & features from inception through to implementation, and beyond.
Through their strong, trusted, relationship with the business, they have a fundamental understanding of real needs and priorities of the business and its customers, and ensure these are expressed, communicated and managed effectively.
Though their understanding of the solution landscape, and strong relationships both with their teams and across technology, they're able to work with the teams to determine, design and develop, appropriate, innovative, cohesive solutions, and ensure that the resulting products and features meet the business and customer need.
Do you have these experience or skills?
*At least 3 years commercial experience in designing, delivering and supporting transactional web solutions and internet technology within a business critical environment
*Experience designing highly available multi-tier systems
*Have worked as a senior systems, technical or business analyst
*Experience documenting complex solutions
*Good project management skills and working in an Agile environment.
*Able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of requirements elicitation and management - user journeys and stories, estimating and planning, and application architecture and design.
