An excellent Team Leader post has become available working for a leading organisation, who can offer the freedom and enjoyment to operate in a way that best suits you and your team in order to perform and hit targets.
SRP have been retained on an exclusive basis with one of largest providers who are at the pinnacle of Welfare to Work programmes. They dominate numerous areas across the country from London and the South-East right up to the far North West. Due to recent changes, they are looking to take on an experience Team Leader in the West Yorkshire area.
As a Team Leader you will be working out of the Huddersfield office with some external travel to other centres. Your main responsibilities will to manage, motivate and get the best out of your team inn delivering a number of Welfare to Work programmes across the West Yorkshire region. Within your team you will have a number of Employment Advisers and Employer Engagement Consultants who are all working towards helping others change their lives positively through finding employment.
The Team Leader role will suit someone who has a strong background in Welfare to Work programmes. This can be working across a range of contracts such as Work Programme, Work Choice, NEETS, Working Well etc.
You will already have a level of management experience having managed teams within previous roles and be driven by and meeting various targets.
To be a Team Leader you will be dynamic, adaptable and likeable in order to earn the respect and motivation to succeed from your peers.
