If you’ve got retail experience, this is your chance to take your career to the next level. Our Team Leaders get involved in every area of the store’s running – leading and motivating colleagues in everything from stock replenishment, food safety and customer service, to setting up displays and driving sales. But as well as getting stuck in on the shop floor, they deputise in the absence of department managers. Our comprehensive training will help you become a great team leader and widen your retail knowledge. In order to comply with licensing legislation applicants must be aged 18 or over.
