Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Team Leader to join our team in Crayford.Working 50 Hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Team Leaderkey responsibilities:
- Ensuring the MRF operations are managed in line with Health & Safety legislation
- Ensuring maximum recycling recovery and efficient is achieved on shift at all times
- Ensuring the BMS procedures are followed and recorded
- Assisting in the maintenance and repairs to ensure they are carried out as per Manufacturers guidelines
- Complying with all Health & Safety instructions
The ideal Team Leader:
- Experience in a similar operational role
- A proven track record of people management
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales
- High levels of professionalism, numeracy and literacy
- Good organisation skills
In return for the Team Leader, we can offer a basic salary of £25,000- £26,000 working within in a team-orientated and collaborative environment, for a Company that strives to be environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
