As Team Leader, your role will be to inspire, coach and motivate the team, ensuring that they look after every customer, meet every target and develop in a way that helps them fulfill their own potential. Proven retail experience is essential, with the initiative and energy to lead by example and ensure that every aspect of the store – from stock control to budgeting and merchandising – keeps on improving. If you come from a telecoms background or with previous sales experience, that would be perfect. In order to comply with licensing legislation applicants must be aged 18 or over.Fully flexible working hours.
