Supply Chain Replenishment Planner - Spanish speaking

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Supply Chain Replenishment Planner to join our Maidenhead based European Supply Chain Shared Service Centre. Using the Teradata DCM (Demand Chain Management) automated replenishment tool, the Supply Chain Replenishment Planner will work to improve inventory management across an entire network of retail stores, managing DCM policy set-up centrally, on behalf of a Toys R Us country within Europe. Working closely with the DCM local market manager, you will ensure the replenishment system is configured to deliver the optimum product flow. As well as policy administration / trouble-shooting, you will be expected to train, educate and co-ordinate change management efforts to drive consistency and best practice across all Toys R Us markets.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Local market to help configure DCM to deliver the required inventory flow, across all Items, all stores (Brick and Mortar and Ecomm).
• Administration of all DCM policies within the DCM replenishment system.
• Develop a strong relationship with the local DCM Manager in their market, in order to help drive real and consistent change across Toys R Us Europe.
• Understand local market supply chain challenges and be able to propose solutions (DCM policy change or business process).
• Perform root-cause analysis on inventory flow issues raised by the local market.
• Develop and deliver reporting to track Supply Chain performance for each of the markets.
• Collation and Analysis of historical data to help inform future decision making.
• Provide local market with DCM based extract data.
• Create all DCM related, IT trouble Tickets, and follow through to satisfactory conclusion.
• To be a champion of TRU, Supply Chain Automation, helping encourage greater use of automated Purchase Order suggestions.
• In time, become a subject matter expert in DCM and Toys R Us supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate will be expected to develop and maintain the trust and confidence of others, achieving high quality results by demonstrating urgency, persistence and excellence and fostering a team-work environment via regular communication with the Central Forecasting team. You must have excellent understanding of the end to end supply chain process and be a strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
