About the Job:
We`re looking for a super savvy Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing recruitment consultancy based in central Bristol. We`re a small but perfectly formed team of consultants in need of a Sales & Marketing Administrator to take ownership of a variety of tasks and projects in order to support us in a marketing and administrative capacity. Working in a buzzy sales environment this role will be extremely varied where no two days will be the same. 

As Sales & Marketing Administrator your main tasks will involve;
- Providing administrative support to our Director and consultants; including writing and responding to emails, updating and managing our database 
- Social Media; managing and expanding our social media presence across facebook, Linkedin, twitter etc 

- Supporting the team in all marketing activities

- Managing our website; updating content, managing live jobs 
- Sales support; speaking to candidates, market research 
- Meeting and greeting candidates and clients visiting the office 

To be considered for this role you will need to be;
- Customer focussed and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Degree qualified 
- Social media savvy 
- Computer literate with previous experience of working in an office environment
- Qualified or interested in marketing, PR, digital, communications or media, although this is not essential

- A team player with a good sense of humour who won`t take themselves too seriously J

We`re looking for a multi tasker who is able to use their initiative and enjoys being constantly busy. You`ll frequently be given new tasks so you`ll need to be very organised in order to prioritise your work accordingly. The phone must be your friend! In order to provide sales support to our Director you must be happy to pick up the phone and conduct professional conversations with potential candidates.
