About the team:
Do you fancy working for one of the UK’s biggest retailers?
Based at our Leicestershire Head Office, you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a large and varied team of creatives across multiple sites. You will provide energy, process and targets to enable the team to produce high quality and creative imagery for the whole business whilst meeting tight deadlines.
About the Role
You will:
Support the Studio Operations Manager in all aspects of the studio production across multiple sites including the day to day running of the studios, optimising workflow, implementing new processes and procedures as well as budget management.
Provide creative project management and direction to enable the team to produce outstanding creative materials that meet internal briefs and expectations
Continually reviewing internal processes to drive team productivity and creative output via putting in place targets and new working practices
Travel between sites to oversee still life, editorial and video shoots, working closely with the Studio management team to ensure consistency in quality of output and overall production
Work proactively with a variety of departments across the business such at e-commerce and marketing to support on projects including improving performance on our website at a product level
Criteria
About You:
Previous Studio Production and Management experience, preferably within a retail environment.
Experience of managing and leading teams across both operational and creative roles.
Proven planning and project management experience with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and understand the latest visual trends.
Experience of managing the end to end production from conception through to final output.
Confident personality who is comfortable leading teams, making decisions and communicating at all levels.
