Our client is an incredible communications agency with a phenomenal reputation in the market place. Joining at an exciting time of positive change you will spearhead their Talent Acquisition proposition and take it to the next level. Working with the Chief People Officer and broader leadership team, you’ll develop an impactful talent acquisition strategy and fully execute within the business.
Building credible relationships with senior stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will build on their employer brand proposition, develop diverse talent pipelines and create networking opportunities to drive the brand within the industry. A broader talent remit to create framework around mobility within the group and introduce robust frameworks to educate the business.
You’ll have demonstrable experience recruiting within media, communications or digital sector and be an exceptional relationship manager.
