What does the job involve?

You’ll consistently lead by example, making sure our service, operational processes and standards are unbeatable. Here are some of the key responsibilities you’ll carry out as part of our team:

• Role modelling outstanding customer service to your colleagues
• Contributing to a great place to work with a positive, inspirational approach
• Reporting into the store management team but being accountable for the store in their absence
• Ensuring a perfect operation day every day
• You will be 18 years of age or over to comply with licensing legislation
• As a Store Supervisor you will need a flexible approach to working evening and weekends to be there when customers and colleagues need you
• Helping out your colleagues when needed Leadership will be just one of your skills Strong retail leadership experience is essential. But it’s about even more than that.
