South West London/Surrey area
39 hours per week on a rota basis
£60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits including bonus, pension, BUPA, staff discount and 6.6 weeks holiday
Full driving licence preferable
You'll lead our in-store team and help create an inspirational shopping environment for our customers - practical, easy, and providing everything they need. As a Store Manager, we'll look to you to maintain the highest retail standards, develop talent, and maximise store profits at every opportunity. Every day you'll expertly delegate tasks, allocate resources, and make informed commercial decisions based on our customers' needs. In fact, you'll be a customer 'champion', working on the shop floor alongside your team to increase sales and deliver the highest levels of service.
It's a high-pressure role, so we're looking for a Store Manager with previous experience of managing large teams and successfully achieving targets and KPIs in a customer-facing environment. With a genuine passion for people and a commitment to our shared values of 'Customer', 'Family' and 'Can do', you'll be proactive, open-minded, and a natural leader - confident to take action and considered risks while empowering those around you. It's important that you're flexible about when you can work too, as you'll be covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A valid driving licence is preferred. To really excel as a Store Manager, you'll also need high levels of focus, energy and drive.
