Store Manager – Carphone Warehouse

Your role, as Store Manager (known as General Manager within the business) of a Carphone Warehouse store, will be to lead your team by example, providing them with all the motivation and coaching they need. Thanks to you, they will be inspired to explore technology’s full potential and will be able to help customers discover the products and services that can make a genuine difference to their lives.

A lot of it will depend on the kind of culture you are able to create. Your store needs to be full of passion and purpose – a place where colleagues share happy times and everyone loves what they do. It needs to a brilliant environment for customers too, which means ensuring your team continue to provide the impartial, expert advice we’re known for (while also making sure all that great service translates into sales).

How you achieve all that is largely down to you, although we can always be there to offer guidance and support. Deliver great work and you could find your influence travelling further and faster than you ever expected.
