Store Manager

Working Hours:

Working 5 days a week during the below hours. Since the weekends are the busiest time, we would require you to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

9:45 am – 6:15 pm (Monday-Saturday)

10:45 am – 5:15pm (Sunday & Bank Holidays)

Your roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing of the shop to increase sales.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Process customer’s orders, exchanges and refunds
• Looking after the till and cash.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Dealing with queries, complaints and feedback from customers
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Managing online collection orders
• Complete a daily stock check
• Replenishing the stock
• Submit weekly report to head office 
• Keep customer contact cards up to date
• Visit head office whenever required
• Keep up to date with the collection and stock
• Maintaining day-to-day standards across every aspect of the shop’s operation
• Looking after the visual displays
• Taking deliveries
• Help shop manager keeping up to date with special promotions and setting up displays.
• Report and address issues within the shop including but not limited to shop facilities, shop fitting, safety and security aspects.
• Responsible for hiring, training and managing shop assistants.

• Previous experience of sales or equivalent (at least 1 year)

• You must be eligible to work in the UK
