As our Stockroom Lead (Stockroom Supervisor) you will be the backbone of the store, providing support to Front of House teams to ensure that stock is processed effectively. You will take ownership of stock from ‘door to floor’, making sure that stock is processed efficiently, ready for our consumers as seamlessly as possible. As a Lead, you will coach, drive and inspire your team to ensure that the Back of House environment mirrors the unique energy, passion and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor. To that end your responsibilities will be

 

· Managing stock control

· In-store product arrangement

· Following product transfer policies and procedures

· Ensuring product replenishment in accordance with store standards and procedures

· Participating in inventory preparation and managing eventual markdowns

· Store replenishment in accordance with product supply dates

· Ensuring efficient communication with sales teams

· Being present on the shop floor and delivering quality customer service

· Assisting with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service

· Building visual displays when necessary.

 

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

 

· Proven track record in retail including demonstrable experience in stock control

· Enthusiasm and passion about sports and/or sports fashion

· Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
