SPLUNK Engineer Security Finance Banking London

SPLUNK Engineer (SIEM IT InfoSec Information Security SPLUNK McAfee CISM CISA CISSP GIAC GSEC GISF Finance Banking) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following experience:

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the functionality and technology of SPLUNK
• Linux

The following would be DESIRABLE:

• SPLUNK implementation or upgrade experience
• Scripting in Korn, Bourne, Shell, Python, Ruby, Perl
• McAfee Database Activity Monitoring (Sentigro) or CyberArk
• Tenable Nessus, Qualys, Symantec, McAfee ePO
• CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar qualifications
• Financial or banking experience
• SSIM

Role: You will be the lead SPLUNK IT Security Specialist working in a team of 12 that monitor and maintain Information Security for a medium sized bank in London. You will be involved in a range of project work and operational responsibilities, strategy, compliance and regulation initiatives. The role will have a broad scope, although you will have a specific responsibility for leading the SPLUNK SIEM (Security Incident Event Management) activities. Salary: £55k-£75k + Bonus + 10% Pension
