About the Job:

The mission of our Trust is to help people reach their potential and live well in their communities. All our staff, whatever their role, have a part to play in helping us deliver this important mission. Every day, our staff are guided by our values:

  • Honest, open and transparent
  • Respectful
  • Person first and in the centre
  • Improve and be outstanding
  • Relevant today, ready for tomorrow
  • Families and carers matter

Our values are very important to us; we know that the attitude and behaviours of our staff can have a huge impact on quality of care we provide. That’s why, through our recruitment, we want to find people who show that their values match ours. We do this through:

  • A selection process that tests attitudes and behaviours as well as knowledge and skills
  • A 12 month values based induction. Continued employment with the Trust is subject to the successful completion of this induction.

If you think you can help us achieve our mission and you relate to our values, we look forward to your application. Please note, that priority will be given to any candidates ‘at risk’.
