Supply Chain Support Planner - Spanish speaking

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Supply Chain Support Planner to join our Maidenhead based European Supply Chain Shared Service Centre. The Support Planner will support the Lead Forecaster for the Iberian market and will have primary responsibility for our eCommerce Store.

You will also assist our European Supply Chain Shared Service Centre Manager with the day to day tasks, which are required to manage and report on our inventory flow.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Lead Forecaster with all baseline forecasts.
• Reviewing forecast accuracy reports on a weekly basis to understand reasons behind any error and implementing necessary changes accordingly.
• Assisting where directed by the Lead Forecaster in areas such as:

o Making sure all forecast research is optimised.

o Assisting with the adjustment of historical sales to ensure patterns are followed.

o Helping manage set-up required to support Item Plans for Hyper-Seasonal products, as appropriate.

o Assisting in ensuring new SKNs have cloned sales history and that forecasts are at an appropriate level.

o Supporting the Spanish market in ensuring uploaded Causal lifts are reflected in the forecast.

o Assisting with re-spreading promotional forecasts at store level, based on category/store sales profiles.

• Primary responsibility for running the weekly reports required for the team, such as Forecast Accuracy, Wave data, Rank band, Demand fill, Residual, Merchandise summary, service levels etc.
• Understanding local market supply chain challenges and, in time be able to propose solutions.
• In time, become a subject matter expert in DCM and Toys R Us supply chain processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Participating in regular discussions with local market (Spanish) team.

This is an ideal opportunity for somone with some previous Supply Chain experience, who is looking for a role which they can really develop and and make their own. You will ideally have strong Microsoft Excel skills and a proactive approach to your work. This role is an excellent platform for someone who wishes to progress their career in a Supply Chain function.
