The role will include deputising for Head Chef when needed along with leading the kitchen to produce dishes upto multiple Rosette standard.
Producing meals to spec along with improving the menu with Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will be an out going Sous Chef looking for a new challenge and to progress.
You will need to have Gastro experience and be a quick learner!
