Software Implementation & Training Manager - Software Company
Our client wants to provide not only great software but also top quality service to go with it. They believe that even if the software product is awesome, which it is, if it's not implemented correctly or people aren't taught how to use it to it's fullest then it won't achieve it's aim of making a difference to their business.
This is where you come in. Using your communication and presentation skills and experiecne within SaaS and training you will support the CEO by working very closely with partner organisations who have purchased the software system and will be helping them embed the system and showing them the best way to fully utilise the software and the provide the best for their customers.
Your experience will ideally cover Business Management Software and SaaS. You will have worked with a number of different clients and providing consultancy and training to various users and customers.
In this role as well as being client facing you will also be responsible for creating effective and wide ranging training materials and best practice implementation methods which are customisable depending on the client/partner situation.
In addition you will have management/team leading experience as in this role you will be helping to grow and manage a team of Implementation & Training consultants.
The position is with a ground breaking software start up. They have secured serious and considerable investment and are growing the business across all departments. Working mainly from home but within reasonable distance of their offices in Leatherhead you will earn a salary of £50,000 plus expenses and there will also be the potential of profit share/equity in the business.
