Role: 
As a developer in a small and passionate dev team, you'll be working on apps and products that are designed to make a genuine difference in the real world and in everyday lives. These are across all channels and all social media. The applications are written in Ruby, and you'll help us develop new features for it as well as across the wider platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

Write clean, maintainable and efficient code (with tests!) 
Work with all areas of the business to help figure out what's important 
Participate in code-reviews and pair-programming when appropriate 
Regularly release new features, following Continuous Delivery 
Determinded and thorough - can see a project through from idea to prototyping, design, production, scaling and beyond!
Help make the best products as humanly as possible 

What you will bring - essential skills and experience: 

Mid or Senior level Ruby / Comercially proven with Ruby (looking for someone that will hit the ground running!)

A track record of developing scalable web applications / products

Experience of Heroku

Experience of AWS

JavaScript skills inc Node

Basic knowledge of other front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
