Page Personnel Logistics are currently looking to recruit a Shipping Coordinator for our client based in South West London.

Our client are operate within the drinks sector distributing with the UK but are part of a global supply chain.

Description

In this role of shipping coordinator you will have the following responsibilities:

- Management of purchase orders collections, deliveries and landing
- Liaison with bonded and duty paid warehouse and transporters where necessary
- Goods in discrepancy control
- Management of all documentation relating to the shipment of the products
- Supplier and transporters invoice verification and liaison with finance department
- Product information management to include liaison with marketing, warehouse and buying departments

Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and self-motivated
- Numerate and computer literate
- Able to work unsupervised, prioritise work and manage own workload
- Team player
- A confident communicator in person, by phone or by email with suppliers/customers as well as having the ability to effectively communicate with other departments, and all levels within the business.

Job Offer

Salary range is dependent on experience with the following additional benefits: 

- Personal bonus of up to 5% of basic salary based on performance against key objectives
- Participation in discretionary Company bonus scheme
- 22 days holiday rising to 25 days
