***CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SHIPPING KNOWLEDGE***

Currently recruited for someone who can action all parts of the sales process. The day to day tasks will include:-

• Taking incoming phone calls and orders
• Dealing with correspondence between the sales team and the client
• Processing orders, producing quotations and pro-forma invoices
• Taking day to day calls which can include technical knowledge (training will be given)
• Shipping goods internationally
• Researching new business/updating database
• Calling customers
• Checking stock levels are maintained

The ideal candidate will be hands on and happy to turn themselves to any job. Must be computer literate and have an excellent telephone manor and ideally some experience in a similar role.
