An established company based in St Albans within a fast paced and busy environment are looking to recruit a shipping administrator to join a friendly team.
You will be setting up product codes on the system, processing orders, liaising with people at all level including suppliers via telephone and email, dealing with other departments and updating on production delays, raising purchase orders and sending out documentation by post and email.
We are looking for candidate with good attention to detail and numeracy, you will be able to multitask and have the ability to prioritise your workload. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to use your initiative.
This role will suit candidates with a background in office administration that are proficient with Microsoft packages.
The company are offering a salary of £16,000 to £18,000 depending on skills and experience, excellent training and opportunities to develop your skills and career. Free parking plus pension.
