Shift Pattern:
Sunday 8.00 - 17.00, Tuesday 14.00 - 23.00, Wednesday 14.00 - 23.00, Friday 14.00 - 23.00, Saturday 10.00 - 18.00
I run duty shifts to deliver a clean and full store that exceed customer expectations and provide an excellent service. I use leadership skills and co-ordinate colleagues to ensure that all daily routines are completed.
Always put the customer first and consider them in everything you do.
Leads duty activities, making sure all decisions are right for customers and colleagues.
Following company health and safety routines and ensuring colleagues in store do the same.
Being knowledgeable of store KPI’s and delivering the practical actions required to achieve these.
Passing requests for holidays and days off to my manager to ensure the store rota is accurate and provides the right cover throughout the week.
Actively coaches colleagues to give excellent service and tackles any issue with service immediately.
Supports delivery of department and legal training and continues to coach colleagues on a day to day basis.
Delivering all relevant Store Change Plan updates to the team, ensuring individuals understand the value they bring to achieving improvements.
Have ownership for store activities, making sure all decisions are right for customers and colleagues
Delivering store routines right first time so there is the best availability for customer to be able to buy what they want and not queue at the checkouts
You are able to role model giving great, natural customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging and helping customers.
You are able to prioritise to ensure anything you do is right for our customers.
Able to build positive relationship’s to create a good team spirit.
Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever changing demands of our business and be able to coach and support colleagues to do the same.
Delivering communication to the team, ensuring they are kept well informed.
You are reliable, a good timekeeper and must be smart and tidy at all times to set an example to your colleagues.
Developing my own Operational and Behavioural Skills.
