My client is a well-established learning disabilities care provider and they currently have a new amazing opportunity for a Service Manager/Care Manager to oversee a new service within the Buckinghamshire area

Within this role you will be responsible for supported living service and also a outreach team providing supported care within the homes of the customers, predominately adults with learning disabilities.


Your responsibilities as a Service Manager will be;


• Develop the new service, manage and support.
• Ensure that the service is delivered in line with current legislation and to CQC standards
• Monitor performance and set plans to ensure that your teams continue to deliver great results.
• Support the teams in the day to day running of the service and ensuring compliance.


You must have previous experience within a similar role and hold your qualification within care preferably a NVQ or LMC level 4 or 5, You will be looking for a new challenge and ready to develop a service to its best ability.
