Our Service Managers are critical in helping our stores to reach objectives, that`s why you`ll be a vital and valued member of the Store Management Team. Naturally, as a manager your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver key performance indicators and objectives which, will be to deliver customer focused excellence and increase profits. This job will be ideally suited to you if you are an existing Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller looking for your next step on the career ladder. James Hawley is the Operations Manager and oversees the Swindon Store so essentially he is the ?boss` and he runs the operation like a well-oiled machine, which is why Swindon is one of our top performing stores. As our brand new Service Centre Manager, you will be eager to make your service centre the best in the group. You will have a team of 7 Vehicle Technicians as well as 2, Service Advisors to help you. Michele who is currently in role, will also be there to help and guide you before moving on to her new position. Michele has been with us quite some time and is very excited about you joining us so she can show you the ropes.

What you will be doing
You will have total accountability for making sure that customer service levels are maintained, or better still exceeded, and making appropriate improvements where you can. You have full responsibility and co-ordination of the MOT and service centre, vehicle movement on site, managing departmental budgets, establishing adequate safety and security procedures as well as monitoring all colleague training requirements.
