We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join the after sales team at our franchised Commercial Vehicle dealership in Exeter, Devon.
Job description:
Responsible for delivering 'outstanding' customer service whilst dealing with incoming service enquiries. In addition to this you will be responsible for internal invoicing and assisting with Work in Progress.
You will need previous experience as a Service Administrator within a dealership environment, be a first class communicator both verbally and written as well as a good listener. You must have an eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills as well as have general computer skills, including Kerridge. Above all, you must be a true team player. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
