At Lloyds Banking Group we are committed to putting our customers first and a big part of that commitment is ensuring all our customers are protected from the ever increasing risk of cybercrime. As the threat landscape continues to evolve we want to ensure all our 30m customers can conduct their business in a safe and secure environment. We are continuing to invest in our Cyber Security & Risk programmes and as a result an opportunity has arisen for you to join us as in the IT Cyber Security – Enterprise Security Technology (EST) Distributed team.

As the Technical Lead you’ll have a role that matters with responsibility for developing and delivering the technical direction of the EST team, both through colleague technical development & toolset direction and also via project / programme involvement.

You’ll be involved in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of EST Distributed toolsets, such as CyberArk, Symantec DLP & CCS, Jira, McAfee DAM, Tanium & Encase and you will be implementing IT Cyber Security application and toolset development service offerings and process guidelines. In addition you’ll Engage and collaborate a wide range of internal and external teams to deliver and improve security processes and technical solutions.

Given the nature of this role it’s essential you have significant prior experience delivering IT Security solutions and technologies with specific product skills in appropriate platform environments including implementation, configuration and maintenance of the infrastructures.

Your technical knowledge will include PowerShell, C#, Javascript, MSSQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux along with the related standards and policies used to govern these technologies. Diagnostic skills will be crucial, with the ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources to provide highly effective solutions in complex environments. Along with a strong quality and service focus and experience leading project requirements and/or incident recoveries.

Ideally you’ll have the ability to identify and drive technology and process improvements with experience operating within an IT Security environment coupled with a good understanding of frameworks and the Change / Incident processes.
Experience of leading, coaching and developing members of the technical team and experience in and awareness of CISSP, CISMP, or other security related qualification would be a real advantage.

In return we offer an excellent benefits package, a flexible working environment and a dedication to your development through career opportunities within one of the largest financial institutions in the UK or via our new Cyber Academy as part of our Cyber Awareness, Education & Training programme. This is for current/new colleagues offering a clear development path which will link to a recognised accreditation through the IISP (Institute of Information Security Professionals).

If you have the skills and dedication we require we would love to hear from you…
