Wilmslow - Recruitment Consultant - (IT) - £25-45k - high commission - a new opportunity to take on a warm desk with this highly successful IT recruitment business. This IT Recruitment Agency has grown considerably over the last 15 years and has plans for further office expansion across other divisions. With a large volume of demand across the area you will be fulfilling called-in business plus generating new client relationships within the IT sector. You will ideally come from a recruitment background with a proven track record of success.
PACKAGE - Recruitment Consultant - IT
* Basic salary of up to £25-45k (DOE)
* Extremely generous commission and benefits package
* Lots of autonomy and a supportive team culture
* Career progression to Team Leader / Division Manager
* Hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm

* They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to add to their team in Wilmslow
* Taking a proactive approach you will be responsible for maximising opportunities from the existing database and generating new business wins
CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - IT
* Be able to evidence a successful career as a Recruitment Consultant , growing a desk with proven self-generated billings - either Permanent or Temps / Contract driven
* Able to create new business opportunities through targeted sales activity and then deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions
* A winning, can-do attitude with a record of personal achievement
* Strong sales skills, both on the telephone and face-to-face
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
