The Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) is a community of digital professionals delivering the digital change agenda for HSBC throughout UK, Europe, Middle East, and North Africa. The teams within the DCoE include Digital Specialists, Designers, Analysts and Testers who work alongside delivery partners in Change and Software Delivery to deliver the change to Public Websites, Transactional Banking and Mobile / Tablet. From defining 'best in class' services to performing customer readiness testing, they manage the entire digital project lifecycle. The team's goal is to delight customers with functionally rich Digital channels and great customer experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role ofSenior Digital Performance Analysis Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the team in providing digital channel performance analysis, dashboard production, digital analytics expertise and tagging support in order to deliver standardised 'best in Group' reporting capability
  • Validate team deliverables (recommendations, opportunity analysis, reporting)
  • Provide support, knowledge and metrics expertise to in country teams and promoting best practice
  • Understand Global, Regional and Local digital strategy and business priorities, in order to ensure analysis activity, recommendations for identified opportunities
  • Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders (and where applicable, external stakeholders such as Webtrends) to ensure that identified opportunities can be efficiently scoped, deployed and measured
  • Lead the team to undertake analysis of performance dashboards and reports, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to be implemented locally/globally to develop Digital commercialisation activities and maximize business growth

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Performance Analysis and Metrics reporting or Digital Channel Commercialisation
  • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. leading a metrics and/or performance reporting team
  • Past working experience on relevant systems, i.e. working knowledge of WebTrends (or relatable) / analysis tools and full standard range of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Availability to work the shift pattern required for this role, i.e. the European nature of the COE may necessitate some schedule flexibility to allow for daily/weekly interaction with COE team members and project teams from all Regions via video and voice conference
