Long established Country Gastro Pub/Hotel in East Sussex requires a Senior Chef de Partie cooking to Rosette standard in a modern, well equipped kitchen. Expanding business with an excellent reputation based in the thriving village of Mayfield, close to Tunbridge Wells.
You will be responsible for running your own section and assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for menu development, ordering, food hygiene and health and safety controls. This is a busy operation so experience of working at a rosette level using fresh, quality, local produce is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef with experience of working with fresh ingredients and that has a passion for preparing quality dishes to work in a fantastic kitchen and a team atmosphere.
You are required to have a current basic food hygiene certificate, 4 years experience within a busy kitchen environment and a creative flare.
