As Sky grows, we're seeking a talented Senior Change Analyst to support the IT change management process with Sky. This primarily involves monitoring, supporting and reporting on all Changes raised within the Change tool.

Based in Leeds, our Technology team is one of the largest technical hubs in the UK, it's a strategic location for our business and offers a vibrant place to live and work.

As part of the OE Service Operations team you'll liaise with all support teams within Sky to ensure that they abide by change Management best practices.

Your key responsibilities
* The senior analyst should contribute to the overall Change Management strategy within Sky and together with the rest of the team ensure that new initiatives are implemented and adopted.
* The senior analyst should assist with the planning of complicated Changes. This will comprise activities such as scheduling meetings, analysing services impacted, engaging relevant teams and documenting and communicating implementation plans.
Your skills
* To stand in as Acting head of Change Management in the absence of their Manager
* To represent Change Management at management meetings
* To assist in identifying, managing and communicating Change Restricted periods
* To manage the compilation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports.
* To represent Change Management at spark roadmap meetings
* To analyse weekly\monthly statistics\kpi's and identify follow ups with teams failing their KPI's
* To maintain an overview of all Incidents caused by Change ensuring that lessons learnt are being adopted by all analysts.
* To seek out other opportunities that may enhance the overall image of Change Management
* To drive CMDB integration with the Change Process, assessing all Changes and ensuring CMDB updates are being made leveraging the Task process.
* To understand the OAC process and work effectively with Release Managers.
