The ideal candidate will; -

• Experience in product development, they are primarily a .Net environment but use a wide range of technologies and languages.
• Experience in a similar Application Support role in an online business
• Help transition product to live working with engineering teams and the production support team.
• Scripting and Automation experience on Linux or Windows (Ansible, Powershell etc.)
• Have exposure to configuration management concepts and systems.
• Have exposure to modern enterprise grade monitoring tools for logging, alerting and metrics
