What you become a part of
•             Achieving set targets and KBI’s  in line with current business needs
•             Managing projects to deliver the current strategy.
•             Coaching and developing
 
What to expect
Development of workforce;
·        Coach and develop peers.
Leadership;
·        Coach, train and develop staff so they have the correct tools.
·        Influence change and be an advocate for transitions where required.
·        To always appropriately role model the right behaviours.
Business Development;
·        To ensure Team project a positive image of Coca-Cola Enterprises in the market place
·       To ensure existing business is retained and developed
Customer Service
·        Deliver against the set target for key projects.
·        Collate information for projects. Run and analyse results.
·        Investigate and implement processes to reduce manual input.
·        Automate as many SAP and SF processes as possible
·        Reduce duplication of work.
 

 

Qualifications
 What we expect of you
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent
  • Experience of a Customer facing role
  • Ability to motivate and coach effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
