Job description:
Responsibilities
Welcoming, advising and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process
Holding sales discussions to provide customers with information and advice on all aspects of Mercedes-Benz cars, including finance, insurance and ancillary products
Concluding sales contracts; supporting the sales administration team and the customer from order through to delivery of the vehicle
Providing a memorable handover experience, showcasing the technology to the customer and leaving a high impact impression when the customer first drives away their new vehicle
Follow-up existing customers and prospects to continue the delivery of a great customer experience
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, promoting loyalty, retention and satisfaction
The Right Person
A highly-motivated and enthusiastic person, with a passion for cars, Mercedes-Benz and the latest technology; as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to wow customers on a daily basis.
Previous Car Sales experience is required for this role.
