My client are a growing family friendly holiday park who are looking to bring on board a very personable individual to lead their team forward.
Job Description
The role will be cafe and retail shop based so you'll need to be flexible and extremely adaptable.
This particular role is extremely important and will allow the right candidate to grow their role and progress.
Duties will include-
- P+L
- H+S
- Team recruitment and management
- Driving team performance
- Increase revenue through sales
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will need to be very hands on and willing to jump in the deep end!
You will need to have hospitality/retail experience and be a current supervisor/manager looking to progress.
