Retail Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager within our WHSmith's unit.

We want to hear from people who have previous management experience within a retail outlet who are looking for their next challenge, working alongside multiple brand managers as part of the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the delivery of an efficient and profitable operation of all aspects of the unit.
• Day to day management of the unit and team.
• Maximise sales/profit and improving performance where necessary.
• Find new business opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead your team from the front, creating a culture of commitment and enthusiasm.
• Coach and mentor your team to drive performance.
• Exceed customer expectations.
